Responsibilities
Be the trusted advisor for enterprise analytics and advertising clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and solution optimization
Lead discovery sessions to uncover client goals, identify opportunities, and design tailored implementations that maximize ROI
Showcase innovation through product demos, proofs-of-concept, and technical presentations that inspire client stakeholders
Drive growth by partnering with account teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Champion client success by developing strategies that boost adoption, engagement, and satisfaction—reducing churn and increasing lifetime value
Build business cases and ROI models that support expansion and renewal conversations
Influence the roadmap by collaborating with Product Management to surface emerging client needs and shape future capabilities
Ensure seamless delivery by working with Engineering to validate feasibility, scope custom solutions, and oversee implementation
Create scalable impact by documenting best practices, repeatable use cases, and solution templates
Be the voice of the customer internally, ensuring feedback loops between clients and product/engineering teams
Enable sales success by contributing to technical documentation, training materials, and pre-sales support for prospective enterprise clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
4+ years in a client-facing technical role (solution consulting, sales engineering, customer success, or technical account management) with enterprise clients and a proven track record of driving revenue retention and growth in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of analytics concepts: data modeling, dashboards, and visualization
Working knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma)
Ability to communicate API integrations, data flows, and technical architectures at a conceptual level
Skilled at translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Confident presenter to senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to solving client challenges
Collaborative and resourceful—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes across teams
Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
Ability to attend virtual meetings with the camera on
