Founding Account Executive
Talentpluto is a profitable, early-stage AI infrastructure company building software that automates and scales web data extraction. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle, build pipeline, close deals, and help define sales processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
Self-source the majority of pipeline in a true hunter role
Close deals ranging from approximately $10K to $100K+ ACV
Partner with leadership on larger, more complex sales opportunities
Help establish foundational sales processes, playbooks, and tooling
Provide feedback on ICP expansion, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Contribute to shaping the future sales organization, including hiring input
Qualification
Required
2+ years of closing experience in a B2B sales role (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Demonstrated ability to build and manage your own pipeline
Experience selling deals in the $10K-$100K+ ACV range
Comfort operating in an early-stage, unstructured environment
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City and work onsite full-time

SaaS sales background
Exposure to data, analytics, or technical products
Comfort working with Excel, databases, or basic SQL concepts
