Executive Recruiter

APR Direct Hire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career Recruiter to support their executive search and professional recruiting efforts. The role involves managing the full hiring lifecycle and working closely with Account Managers and Senior Leaders to deliver high-quality talent and an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer facilitation, and hiring qualified candidates
Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
Engage passive candidates through outreach and relationship-building techniques
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and motivation
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent experience throughout the recruitment process
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding status, next steps, and feedback
Assist with offer preparation, extensions, and salary negotiations in collaboration with Account Managers
Ensure smooth offer acceptance and handoff through the onboarding process
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring metrics
Support compliance with hiring policies and best practices

Required

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
