Responsibilities
Develop and execute testing protocols and validation procedures to evaluate the safety performance of systems and equipment
Guide successful completion of major engineering programs or conceives research in areas of considerable scope and complexity supporting the development and production of products and services
Select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues
Maintain detailed records of safety assessments, test results, and regulatory compliance documentation
Provide training and guidance for team members on safety-related topics and best practices
Stay updated with the latest advancements in safety engineering, standards, regulations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years in safety engineering, risk assessment, or safety systems
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, or safety
TUV2T Certified
Ability to complete SISTEMA reports and safety validation
Extensive experience with risk assessments
Strict attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement
Familiar with OSHA/ISO regulations and protocols
Preferred
Experience in industries like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace is often preferred
