Social Media Manager
ContentOps is hiring a social media manager for AccessVC, focusing on launching their new TikTok/Instagram Reels channel. The role involves supporting the Founder in social media activities and content creation, offering an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a small team.

Responsibilities
Assist in launching AccessVC's new social media presence
Content Creation: Conceptualize & create TikTok/Reels content (basic video editing)
Schedule and monitor Social media posts
Research and Trends: Monitor trends and identify opportunities
Assist in social media posting and management on other platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Curate user-created content
Audience Engagement: Perform basic community management tasks (e.g., interacting with users on social media platforms)
Analytics: Analyze & report results
Qualification
Required
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with social media management and using content calendars
Passionate about TikTok and content creation
Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
Video editing and storytelling skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok's built-in editor)
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Experience with Google Drive & related tools (bonus if you've used Asana, Slack, and other similar platforms)
Ability to manage own projects and work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Location: Los Angeles. Must be able to travel to our office in West LA occasionally
Preferred
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Digital Media, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Undergraduate degree preferred
Experience in content creation, especially video content, whether personally or professionally. Proven success on TikTok preferred
Experience planning and executing social media campaigns preferred
Personable and engaging - connecting with others comes naturally and fills your cup
An outside-the-box thinker who can identify creative ways to promote a brand online
Strong Interest in startups, tech, angel investing, VC's
