Responsibilities

Facilitate and manage pre-employment activities by effectively communicating with candidates, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary steps

Maintain regular communication between new hires and recruiters to ensure a streamlined process

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to provide a service-oriented experience to various stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Collaborate with vendors in a professional and courteous manner, promptly addressing any process-related issues, procedures, or one-off challenges that may arise during the recruitment process

Utilize Workday effectively throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, respecting company and candidate confidentiality and ensuring data security

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms

Prior HR or Recruiting experience

Experience working with customers – internal and external

Demonstrated experience managing pre-employment screens and maintaining related confidential data

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
