Business Development Representative
Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a Business Development Representative to serve as the front line of new business acquisition and help drive growth across their markets. This role focuses on customer acquisition and re-engagement of underperforming accounts, supporting both regional and company-wide sales goals.

Responsibilities
Travel through out your territory creating a book of business
Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives
Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts
Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies
Provide superior customer service and represent our brand with professionalism
Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks
Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with local teams
Proficiency with basic technology tools and systems
Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Willingness to travel approximately 15%
