Production Manager
Power Plus is a multi-industry leader in providing power solutions and is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the operational aspects of their Temporary Power department. The role includes managing installation crews, scheduling, billing, and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
Construction
Responsibilities
Interview and hire staff for field and office positions
Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily
Oversee dispatch, billing, mapping, and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed
Provide assistance to accounts receivable staff as required
Meet on site with customers as required
Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, negotiation, decision making skills
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Management/Supervisory experience (3 to 5yrs. min.)
Strong problem-solving and organization skills
The ability to prioritize, & work in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple tasks and work under time constraints
Preferred
P/L management experience preferable but not required
