Facilities Associate
TBG | The Bachrach Group is seeking a facilities associate to support day-to-day workplace operations and facilities initiatives in their New York office. This role partners closely with workplace leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality office environment and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee pantry, hospitality, and front-of-house operations, including vendors, budgets, and service standards
Coordinate office and employee events, managing logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
Support space planning, seating allocations, and office utilization
Manage procurement administration, invoicing, budgets, and financial tracking
Provide administrative support to senior workplace leadership
Maintain strong relationships with building management and service providers
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in facilities, workplace, or office operations
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
