Responsibilities
Develop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance
Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service
Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design – think creatively and proactively
Support the Plant by providing project and technical support
Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air
Qualification
Required
Engineering Degree or related Bachelor's / Master's degree
8 + years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing
Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projects
Ability to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank
Continuous Improvement experience required
