Partner Success Intern (Unpaid for Course Credit Only)
Dreamscape Learn is seeking a motivated Client Success Intern to join their team. In this role, you will shadow the Client Success team to understand how they support universities in adopting immersive VR technology and gain insights into SaaS account management and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities
Assist the CS team in preparing materials and resources for new university launches
Review and update our Help Center articles, FAQs, and "How-To" guides to ensure they are current and user-friendly
Aggregate and categorize user feedback from faculty and students to help the Product team prioritize new features
Research trends in higher education and VR to help the Partner Success team anticipate their partner needs
Assist in maintaining accurate client records in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Business
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Communications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Marketing
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Technology
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Customer Experience
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to: Operations or similar field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of customer service or customer experience principles
Comfortable using tools such as: Email
Comfortable using tools such as: Microsoft Office
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Professional and courteous communication style
Preferred
Ability to receive academic credit (if applicable or preferred)
