Responsibilities
Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5
We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home
As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents
At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population
The Pinnacle Pointe Executive Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the administrative oversight of 11 outpatient behavioral health clinics
This position will be accountable for the achievement of operational objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with clinic leadership, resources and performance management across all sites
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university
Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity
Preferred
LCSW licensure strongly preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred
A basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment preferred
