Responsibilities

Provide ongoing team education on our client's business, goals, offering, category, and competition
Keep everyone in-line with scopes of work and established budgets; bring challenges forward to leadership if we aren't, and partner on plans to communicate essential points back to our clients to get to resolution
Have a point of view you can speak and write to, internally and externally
Clear the path to client presentations, laying groundwork for great ideas to be sold
Care about the advertising and agency landscapes, industry trends, and what great work is looking like out there; bring forward business-building ideas that strengthen the 3Headed Monster brand and our position in the marketplace
Have a point of view on the work, and know when and where to share it. Be the #1 champion of ideas and offer objective thoughts for consideration with the brief in mind. Always bring optimism as an ally of the work. Starting with red flags or issues a client may have is sure to put a strain on internal relationships
Partner with clients and internal leadership on metrics of success for campaigns; have a plan to track and report them
Have a deep understanding of client expectations for meetings, presentations, productions, reporting, budget reconciliation, and closing jobs

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
A creative spirit that appreciates the pressures of the creative process and can build great working relationships with creatives
4-6 years in a creative advertising agency and a baseline understanding of agency language, terminology, roles, and rhythms
2+ years of supervisory experience coaching - and confidently delegating to - junior Account talent
Experience managing integrated ad campaigns
On-site production experience managing clients across all channels - video, digital, social, print
Familiarity partnering with media agencies for specs and asset coordination
Well-versed in Google Workspace apps
A great communicator and presenter, both written and verbal; a solid proofreader!
A great listener able to take in information, quickly suss out what's next, and get everyone united on a plan forward
Organized and detail-oriented; a fan of all the tools that create ease and peace of mind: status documents, trackers, file and asset management, and project management software (Asana!)
Ability to read a room, bring optimism and solutions, and stay steady under the pressure of multiple opportunities at once
A self-starter with a no-job-too-small spirit that's great at time management, resourceful, and inquisitive
A positive outlook on our brands and our agency, and the people skills needed to rally everyone to get us there
