Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for features including activation, onboarding, identity management, and platform scaling
Translate customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts and ensure solutions address user pain points
Proactively collaborate with UX, engineering, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, differentiated, and automated solutions
Partner with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, impactful sales tools, and marketing content to support go-to-market efforts
Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with users, partners, and sales teams to gather feedback, evangelize the product, and drive continuous improvement
Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success, identify areas for optimization, and inform data-driven decisions
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform product strategy and priorities
Enable field teams by collaborating with technical marketing and support to assist with training, beta programs, and critical issue escalations
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent practical/military experience
8+ years of product management experience
Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Network Management, Network Security, or Next-Generation Firewalls
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Hands-on experience building and launching SaaS products that improve IT operational efficiency
Experience with the full device lifecycle, from onboarding to decommissioning
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions
Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with overlapping project deliverables
