Responsible for preparation of contracts, legal documents, letters and pleadings as well as court motions as directed by General Counsel
Assists with setting up and managing the risk management legal and claims files and assist with preparation of discovery
Works with General Counsel and assists with the support functions of Risk Management Department
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an accredited school with a paralegal degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Previous experience in Missouri Court system
