Responsibilities

Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
Perform assigned testing using established processes and tools to ensure quality and reliability, while understanding interfacing applications, test environments, and tools
Document test plans, scripts, defects, and reports, maintaining comprehensive test case inventory
Collaborate with Product, and Technology to prepare test scenarios, participate in sprint ceremonies, and refine user stories
Lead test efforts, mentor peers, and assist developers in problem resolution
Manage multiple priorities and tight timelines while supporting project implementation and post-implementation reviews
Drive process improvements, facilitate methodology discussions, and evaluate opportunities for automation
Participate in project quality reviews, assess risks, and make recommendations as needed

Required

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
2+ years of system/application software testing
Skilled in writing use cases, functional specs, scenarios, workflows, test cases, and test plans
Experience in test case development and defect resolution
Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodology
Financial Industry or Branch experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
