They are seeking a Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Assistant to manage content creation, community engagement, and marketing operations to enhance their brand and community presence.

Responsibilities

Plan, script, film, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and blogs

Edit fast, engaging short-form videos using CapCut (primary), with working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Capture and repurpose content from: Live events, conferences, panels, retreats, podcasts, and founder appearances

In-office filming, BTS moments, and spontaneous thought leadership

Turn raw footage into: Short-form clips, Quote graphics, AI-assisted variations, Email and SMS content

Create visuals using Canva and lightweight design tools

Use tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Synthesia, Jasper AI, and similar platforms to: Draft and repurpose content, Create hooks, captions, scripts, and variations, Speed up editing and publishing workflows, Help build scalable content workflows and automations

Manage and engage with our online community: Respond to comments, DMs, and replies across platforms, Build trust, warmth, and credibility in mental health conversations, Build relationships with aligned creators, partners, and influencers, Monitor sentiment and surface insights to the team

Support daily marketing execution across channels

Assist with campaigns and workflows using: GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, pipelines, workflows, SMS/email automations, Klaviyo – email and SMS marketing

Help manage: Content calendars, Email and SMS sends, Lead magnets and nurture flows, Track performance and assist with optimization, Conduct light market research on trends in mental health, psychedelics, longevity, and digital marketing

Work closely with the founder to: Capture and shape thought leadership content, Grow engagement and reach across social platforms, Turn conversations, ideas, and live moments into compelling content
