They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for the Personalization & Discovery team to own product strategy and develop roadmaps that enhance the customer experience across their platform.

Responsibilities

Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision

Develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision

Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience

Hire and develop great teams and deliver broadly adopted technology products or services in a high growth environment

Prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and drive a high level of focus and excellence

Define products, map requirements to engineering functional specifications, lead large cross functional and cross organizational efforts, and successfully deliver complex products and services at high scale

Required

6+ years of team management experience

2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

8+ years of technical product or program management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Preferred

Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
