Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline across target asset class(es)
Attend industry events (ICSC, BOMA, Apartment Associations, IFMA, et al)
Conduct site walks and generate accurate, profitable proposals
Partner with Operations to improve onboarding
Manage Aspire CRM pipeline and reporting

Qualification

Sales LeadershipPipeline ManagementCRM ProficiencyProposal DevelopmentCommunication Skills

Required

Experience in business development or sales management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software, specifically Aspire CRM
Ability to attend industry events and network effectively
Strong analytical skills to generate accurate proposals
Ability to partner with operations for improved onboarding processes
Goal-oriented with a focus on hitting sales quotas and MRR growth
