Responsibilities

Guide LM Space Engineering and Technology into a position that enables support for high volume of vehicle production and end-item deliveries
Support all four major groups within E&T in preparing their engineering processes and deliverables for interfacing with a production organization executing at volume
Build relationships with both Engineering and Production leadership

Qualification

High volume productionArtificial IntelligenceLean 6-sigmaEngineering degreeTeam leadership

Required

Bachelors of Science in Engineering
20+ years of experience with high volume production
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to make processes more efficient
Lean 6-sigma experience
Ability to quickly assess situations and influentially lead teams to action
