Responsibilities
Process customer orders and send to invoicing. Adjust order quantity when needed
Prepare drivers packet with invoices and paperwork
Troubleshoot system issues and document
Create add-on orders when required
Provide shipping paperwork to night management
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Requires computer knowledge, ability to problem solve, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork
Requires good documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AS/400 and SAP is a plus
