LCOR is seeking a Part-time Porter to join their team at Valley & Bloom Apts. This role involves maintaining a clean environment and assisting with various maintenance responsibilities around the property.

Responsibilities

Resident package delivery

Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Lobby, Corridors, Office, Amenities, Roof Terrace and all common areas

Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Maintenance Supervisor

Assist with garbage and recyclable items removal daily/assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc

Must be able to lift 25-75 lbs. on a regular basis

Physical Demands – Equal amount of walking, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, and bending

Assist with moving appliances, water heaters, planters, garbage cans, parking blocks, abandoned furniture and supplies as needed

Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations

May be required to work weekends

Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, property inspections, etc
