Own the general ledger, monthly close, and financial reporting
Lead internal controls, policies, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory guidance
Oversee AP, fixed assets, liquidity management, and vendor oversight
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Manage and develop accounting staff and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5+ years of accounting experience, financial services preferred
Prior people management experience
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
