Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, developing talent strategies and solutions that reflect a deep understanding of our enterprise strategy and greatest talent opportunities
Partner with PRO and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and scale HR processes that drive consistency and impact
Communicate clearly and concisely—visually and verbally—at an audience-appropriate level (up to and including executives), and can adapt messaging to “speak the language” that resonates, influences, and moves work forward
Amplify and scale workforce strategies driving prioritized changes that enable our culture and talent to evolve and grow in service of long-term success
Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to bring others along and set all parties up for success
Design, develop & lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs aligned with PRO and enterprise strategic priorities balancing near- and long-term horizons
Bring a clear point of view and drive decision-making informed by data, stakeholder input, and strategic alignment
Lead with empathy, courage, and clarity—navigating complex conversations and driving fact-based, actionable outcomes

Required

8+ years of proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs or change initiatives within a large, matrixed environment
8+ years of broad business experience working across large, matrixed organizations
A demonstrated passion for creating clear, actionable paths forward in ambiguous situations
Proven ability to influence and shape outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups—including senior leaders—without direct authority
Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, adapting plans to maintain momentum and impact
Strong strategic, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and policies, or experience as an HR Business Partner, is a plus
