Manager of Sales - Greater Metro Denver
Land Title Guarantee Company is looking for a Manager of Sales to join their team. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities, performance, and professional development of direct reports (Sales1 & Sales 2)
Provide ongoing training, skill development, and guidance to team members on prospecting, customer relationship building, and sales closing techniques
Identify and distribute sales opportunities across the team based on territory, expertise, and development needs; prioritize team member growth and capacity building over personal commission maximization
Monitor individual and team performance, conduct monthly one-on-ones, provide constructive feedback, and manage performance improvement plans as needed
Lead the recruitment, hiring, and coaching of new sales team members, ensuring smooth integration and rapid productivity ramp
Use HubSpot and PowerBI to track team pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics; provide executive-level reporting to leadership on market trends and team progress
Maintain and strategically expand a personal book of business with key clients, serving as primary point of contact for high-value relationships
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities ("Spotlights") through prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling
Develop and execute strategies to retain existing customers, maximize lifetime value, and generate repeat business
Actively support peer managers and the broader sales organization; share best practices, market intelligence, and resources
Address territory disputes or opportunity allocation concerns transparently and professionally, escalating to leadership when necessary
Contribute to regional and organizational sales strategy, market analysis, and competitive positioning
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience, preferably in real estate, title insurance, or related sectors
Demonstrated success in both individual sales production and team leadership
Track record of managing territory growth, customer retention, and new business development
Colorado Title Insurance License required
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or comparable sales management platform)
PowerBI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems
