Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department
Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives
Qualification
Required
Active South Carolina registered nursing license
Emergency Neurological Life Support Certification (ENLS)
Basic life support
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Experience leading diverse teams, including physician stakeholders
Minimum of two years recent experience in stroke related patient population
Neuroscience/stroke clinical experience
