Senior Executive Assistant (Offshore, Part-Time) → Chief of Staff Track

Responsibilities
Manage priorities, follow-ups, and execution across business and select personal domains
Proactively identify what needs to be done — not just respond to instructions
Turn rough ideas into clear next steps, options, and recommendations
Research tools, vendors, competitors, and market trends across software, data, and go-to-market
Prepare concise briefs (1–2 pages or bullet summaries) with clear tradeoffs and recommendations
Support decisions related to marketing, sales operations, customer success, and partnerships
Own scheduling, logistics, and coordination
Communicate directly with customers, prospects, and partners as needed
Track commitments and ensure nothing drops
Supporting marketing planning and campaign coordination
Assisting with sales enablement, CRM hygiene, and outbound preparation
Participating in customer communications and light customer success workflows
Preparing internal documentation, SOPs, and operating summaries
Acting as a proxy in select meetings or follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
High comfort level with modern tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, CRM systems)
AI-native: you actively and effectively use tools like ChatGPT to accelerate research, writing, and analysis
Working understanding of software, SaaS, or B2B services (or the ability to ramp extremely quickly)
Ability to summarize complex topics clearly and concisely
Preferred
Experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Program Manager, or senior Executive Assistant
Confidence communicating with founders, senior leaders, and customers
Ability to think in systems, not tasks
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Comfort with pushing back respectfully when something doesn't make sense
Excitement to learn how sales, marketing, and customer success actually work in practice
Desire for responsibility, accountability, and a steep growth curve
