Responsibilities

Design and evolve compensation philosophy, job architecture, and leveling frameworks
Lead annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including planning, modeling, reviews, and execution
Partner with Finance on compensation budgeting, forecasting, and funding alignment
Own equity and long-term incentive program governance, administration, and Board-level support
Ensure equity programs meet regulatory and tax requirements in partnership with Legal and Finance
Own global benefits strategy, vendor management, renewals, and plan design; administer U.S. benefits directly
Establish and maintain global payroll standards, controls, and governance; support payroll across the U.S., UK, Hungary, Switzerland, and Hong Kong
Build and maintain total rewards analytics, including market benchmarking, pay equity, and risk analyses
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across all rewards programs
Create clear manager- and employee-facing materials explaining compensation, equity, and benefits
Build scalable processes, documentation, and systems to support company growth

Required

10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or related people functions, with senior-level responsibility
Deep, hands-on expertise across compensation, equity, benefits, and payroll
Experience designing and scaling global rewards programs in a growing or complex organization
Strong partnership experience with Finance and Legal, including executive and Board-level interactions
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable making independent, high-judgment decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex rewards topics
Experience supporting multi-country payroll and benefits programs
The successful candidate will live within the New York Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut), preferably with the ability with the ability to commute to the New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule
