Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 6 to 8 employees, reporting directly to the General Manager
Foster a positive and productive workplace by upholding company principles and teamwork skills
Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and adherence to company policies and quality standards
Ensure a safe and healthful workplace by enforcing health and safety policies and responding proactively to concerns
Direct accounting and finance functions, establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and initiatives
Analyze and review monthly budgets, explore cost-saving initiatives, and provide financial support for lean manufacturing
Prepare financial models and conduct presentations to management
Certify financial statements and maintain documentation on financial procedures and controls
Qualification
Required
Minimum of ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a financial/cost analyst
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage through positive dialogue
Proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP/MRP solutions development and implementation
Ability to manage high work volume and meet pressing deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required
