Responsibilities

Design high-impact presentation decks and visual assets for merchant-facing and sales enablement materials
Translate complex product and platform concepts into clear, persuasive visual stories
Build and refine slide templates, storytelling frameworks, and data visualizations in Figma
Export and optimize designs for PowerPoint-based presentations used in live merchant meetings
Partner with sales, enablement, and stakeholder teams to iterate on visual polish and effectiveness
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and performance insights to continuously improve presentation quality

Required

5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Presentation Designer, or similar role
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with strong experience exporting to PowerPoint workflows
Proven background in sales enablement, consulting, or executive presentation design
Strong visual storytelling and data visualization skills, supported by a portfolio of polished, executive-level presentations
Ability to balance speed, quality, and stakeholder feedback in high-visibility workstreams

Preferred

Experience designing for B2B or merchant-facing audiences
