Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
Mainly to refresh end user devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Repair and replace defective components
Install new equipment and systems
Provide technical support and training to customers
Maintain accurate and detailed service records
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related field
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
