Responsibilities
Deploy change management methodology, tools, and processes on moderate to complex projects
Develop change strategies and plans that drive adoption of new processes, technology, roles, skills, and behaviors
Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations
Identify risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies to maximize project success
Support managers and business teams in building transition plans to achieve the desired future state
Develop training and communication plans to ensure employees are prepared for change
Act as a liaison between project teams, business groups, and Human Capital to integrate new requirements
Monitor progression of change readiness and implement targeted interventions as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in organizational development or change management
Experience leading change initiatives in manufacturing or plant environments, including process and technology changes
Strong understanding of stakeholder management, risk assessment, training, communication, and adoption strategies
Proven ability to implement human-centered change management methodologies and frameworks
Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
Ability to travel to plant sites as needed for project milestones and team engagement
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
