Lead a trusted nonprofit hospice and set a bold course for compassionate care
Scale programs that families recommend and clinicians respect
Drive growth, quality, and innovation with speed and heart
Leverage a modern EMR, advanced analytics, and decision dashboards
Champion bereavement services and community education that expand access
Shape a strategic plan and deliver timely updates on goals and quality
Uphold Joint Commission standards, coordinate surveys and QAPI, maintain safe staffing, and keep contracts compliant as regulations evolve
Qualification
Required
Experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit hospice or healthcare organization
Strong understanding of hospice care and palliative services
Ability to drive growth, quality, and innovation
Experience with modern EMR systems and advanced analytics
Proven track record in managing budgets and ensuring clean audits
Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and compliance regulations
Experience in strategic planning and delivering updates on goals and quality
Ability to nurture a culture of learning and innovation
Strong philanthropic skills and experience working with volunteers
Ability to lead and collaborate with a Board of Directors and executive team
