Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Lead catering and marketing projects, including program rollouts, promotions, and system implementations
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
Document and improve catering and marketing processes
Communicate project status across departments proactively
Utilize CaterTrax software to support catering project execution and reporting
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of project management experience in corporate dining, foodservice, or catering
Required experience using CaterTrax catering management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
