Trexon is involved in the production of complex wire harnesses for aerospace and defense applications, and they are seeking a ConexSmart Technician. This role is responsible for ensuring that all assemblies meet engineering specifications and quality standards, while also supporting continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of production to ensure financial and customer requirements are met

Demonstrate outstanding abilities in conflict resolution, leadership presence, and organizational management

Develop strategy to grow technically and manufacture harnesses with higher quality

Demonstrate ability to inspect and identify non-compliant products and processes

Develop strategy to support team development and rate manufacturing environment

Handle any material types issued to production

Track project completion timelines to support on time delivery

Ensure manufacturing tools and equipment function properly

Create a safe work environment for production teams

Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as ISO:9001 and AS:9100 Quality Standards, Lean Manufacturing and Employee Safety
