Responsibilities

Creates dashboards and reports based on the needs of end users
Incorporates end user requests and requirements to develop an enterprise reporting solution
Requires knowledge of SQL programming, reporting platforms, and/or tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Supports the user community in the training and use of business intelligence tools to query tables and databases for self-service analytics
Optimizes queries and reports to improve performance, making changes as needed
Helps to create innovative (Proof of Concept) measurement solutions, tracks client adoption, and works with internal product teams on automation and productization
Works cross-collaboratively with other analysts or stakeholders to cultivate powerful visual storytelling throughout the organization
Identifies current measurement gaps and defines business requirements for solutions needed but not yet supported
Participates in the design and development of the system, as well as creation of user documentation
Keeps abreast of strategies, trends, initiatives, and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of SQL programming, reporting platforms, and/or tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Ability to create dashboards and reports based on the needs of end users
Experience in supporting user community in the training and use of business intelligence tools
Ability to optimize queries and reports to improve performance
Experience in creating innovative measurement solutions and tracking client adoption
Ability to work cross-collaboratively with other analysts or stakeholders
Ability to identify current measurement gaps and define business requirements
Experience in participating in the design and development of systems and creation of user documentation
Ability to keep abreast of strategies, trends, initiatives, and best practices
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
