Responsibilities
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and architecture
Collaborate with product, engineering, and database teams to resolve technical issues
Provide Tier II/III support for complex enterprise systems
Lead technical aspects of projects, including troubleshooting and risk management
Improve support processes, tools, and infrastructure for efficiency and customer satisfaction
Conduct root cause analysis and implement strategies for recurring issues
Mentor team members and document technical processes
Coordinate with global teams to resolve priority issues
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering
5+ years in technical services or related roles
ASP.Net, MVC, C#.Net, HTML, JQuery, Web Services, Web APIs, SQL Server (2008/2012)
Proven ability to deliver under deadlines and achieve high customer satisfaction
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage change and work in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering
Understanding of HIPAA regulations
