Employee Relations Specialist

Adriana's is seeking a proactive and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to support a positive workplace culture through compliance oversight, performance management support, and employee engagement. This role involves conducting employee check-ins, monitoring workplace trends, and delivering training to align with organizational goals and values.

Responsibilities

Conduct recurring 1-on-1 meetings to assess employee well-being, concerns, and engagement
Serve as a confidential resource for employees seeking support, guidance, or issue resolution
Ensure practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Monitor adherence to company policies and recommend updates as needed
Partner with managers to address performance issues and coach leaders on effective feedback and documentation
Track team dynamics and identify early signs of conflict or misconduct; recommend intervention strategies
Develop and deliver training on company values, behavioral expectations, and professional conduct
Provide coaching and tools to help teams align with organizational goals and maintain a high-performance culture
Analyze employee feedback, turnover metrics, and HR data to identify trends or risk indicators
Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership based on findings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
3–7 years of experience in employee relations, HR business partnering, or related function
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
Experience facilitating training and developing engagement programs
Spanish (Required)
Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA 92614
Work Location: In-person

Preferred

Master's or HR certification
Employee Relations: 3 years
