ABM Industries is a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, and they are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing preventive and reactive maintenance repairs on various equipment and systems, responding to spills and emergency situations, and performing additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Handle special work assignments and trouble calls

Adhere to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed

Learn and follow appropriate safety regulations

Conduct regular inspections, report findings, and communicate any issues

Perform additional duties as needed, such as lighting, restroom maintenance, plumbing, equipment, etc

Exterior clean-up of garage (clear area of trash and spider webs) and grounds (including pet waste removal and sanitation), assist tenants with work orders, and assist team with basic plumbing, change lights, and ceiling tiles, or other misc. repairs. Possibly help team with WSHPs, i.e., strainers
