Region Sales Director - Brazil

Responsibilities
Own and execute EdgeUno’s sales strategy in Brazil, combining direct selling responsibilities with leadership of the local sales team
Lead, coach, and develop the Brazilian sales team, ensuring strong pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and consistent execution
Develop and maintain long term relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, content owners, data center providers, and wholesale connectivity buyers
Leverage an established industry network to proactively generate new business opportunities and expand EdgeUno’s footprint in the Brazilian market
Manage and oversee the regional sales pipeline, leading negotiations and closing complex wholesale telecom deals
Define, monitor, and enforce sales targets for both individual and team performance, aligned with company objectives
Act as an escalation point for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve conflicts quickly and protect long term relationships
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer demands to continuously refine sales strategy and positioning
Collaborate closely with Pre Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally executable
Qualification
Required
Mandatory experience in wholesale telecom sales, with direct exposure to products such as IP Transit, backbone connectivity, DIA, MPLS, EPL, Wave, Cloud, etc
Demonstrated experience selling directly to carriers, ISPs, content providers, or large enterprise connectivity buyers
Prior experience leading or mentoring sales teams while maintaining individual sales responsibility
Strong negotiation, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep understanding of the Brazilian telecom market and wholesale ecosystem
Highly execution oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
Portuguese native or fluent required
Advanced English required
Preferred
Experience managing national or multi-regional sales teams
Exposure to LATAM markets beyond Brazil
