Responsibilities
Prepare detailed installment contracts for submission to lenders
Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
Verify and post details of business transactions, such as Bill of Sales, insurance and warranty contracts and vehicles purchases
Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of goods, freight charges
Verify and prepare check for the payoff on traded vehicles lien
Track all retail sales for monthly time measurement report
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated individuals
Strong attention to detail
Focus on serving customers
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
At least 1 year of related billing experience preferred
