Account/Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay ahead of market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and present findings to senior management
Gather customer feedback and work closely with other departments to address product or service improvements and enhancements
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
Three more years' previous work experience in sales, management, or relevant experience
Proven experience in sales management in the automotive or off-road machine industry
Strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competition
Working experience with diversity global team
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Up to 25% travel, including domestic and occasional international travel

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Technical background is desired
International trading Experience and Import or Export, tariff management experience is desired
