They are seeking a Control Room Technician who will manage and operate livestream broadcasts while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires collaboration with the producer team and maintaining tracking documents for smooth live broadcast productions.

Responsibilities

Manages the creation of all broadcasts

Owns and maintains tracking documents containing all broadcast information

Collaborates daily with the producer team to manage incoming requests and all changes

Adds all ASINs/SKU information to broadcasts

Manages creation and influencer proxy access for all channels

Ability to diagnose issues in the Creator App and troubleshoot with the product team

Create/maintain SOPs for daily functions and new developments

Stays in close and frequent communication with the control room team, including the director

Builds/preps graphic assets (full frame images and b-roll) and operates all livestream broadcasts

Assists the director with rundown timing

Takes cues from the director during live broadcasts and works in tandem with the Xpression Operator

Moderates live chat(s)

Rundown management in Shoflo/Airtable

Stay updated on Amazon Live trends, features, and best practices to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our live streaming efforts

XPression Operation

Prompter Operation

Ability to step in to AD, Remote Coordinate a livestream and/or TPM if needed
