Fractional GTM Operator

Nectar Digital Group is building an early-stage innovation lab focused on validating go-to-market strategies and developing a related SaaS product. They are seeking a GTM Operator to manage execution across early revenue activities, drive customer discovery, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

Own weekly GTM execution plans, including outreach, follow-ups, and relationship progression
Manage warm inbound and outbound opportunities from communities, referrals, and existing network
Drive follow-through on introductions, conversations, proposals, and next steps
Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of the sales pipeline and adjust tactics based on results
Coordinate and manage ongoing customer discovery interviews for the SaaS product
Support recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up for interviews
Synthesize qualitative insights and patterns in collaboration with the Founder and Design Lead
Translate learnings into clear implications for:
Consulting positioning and messaging
GTM hypotheses and outreach narratives
Early product direction (in partnership with Design Lead)
Act as the execution point of contact across fractional collaborators
Ensure discovery insights and GTM priorities are communicated clearly and consistently
Track dependencies, decisions, and next steps without adding process overhead
Implement and maintain a simple CRM or tracking system to support visibility and follow-up
Prepare concise weekly pipeline updates and priorities
Support proposal development and coordination as needed
Translate high-level strategic goals into executable weekly priorities
Identify blockers and surface tradeoffs early
Protect focus by deprioritizing non-critical activities during GTM and discovery sprints
Use common productivity and AI tools to draft outreach, summarize conversations, and reduce manual work
Keep processes intentionally lightweight and execution-focused

Required

Experience in early-stage startups, consulting, revenue operations, or GTM roles
Comfortable driving execution without detailed instructions
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Bias toward action, experimentation, and iteration
Experience supporting or owning early sales motion

Experience building AI-powered operational engines
