Responsibilities

Assemble pump and parts orders accurately
Disassemble and repair pumps as required
Conduct hydrostatic and performance testing of pumps
Receive and stock inventory; ensure accurate part identification
Pull, assemble, and prepare parts orders for shipment
Prep and paint pump and parts orders
Package and ship pump and parts orders securely
Adhere to company safety practices and processes at all times
Support multiple areas of the shop as needed

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudeMechanical assembly experienceHydrostatic testingRotating equipment knowledgeBasic computer skillsForklift experienceCrane experienceCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and reading diagrams/blueprints
Basic computer skills
Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of work tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Strong attention to detail

Preferred

At least two years of mechanical assembly experience
Knowledge of rotating equipment preferred
Forklift and/or crane experience preferred
