Responsibilities
Manage/administer technical instances. Assist with project management and configuration changes. Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance in the system
Manage helpdesk, mentors staff, serves as primary contact to the federal DoD customer PMO
Handle reporting, communication, document reviews, meeting support, and assists with policy creation
Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, teams, and government; acts as on-site point of contact
Ensure performance of required work and services, maintaining regular communication with Project Manager
Oversee software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, providing development support
Perform Tier 3 testing, create test cases, support solutioning, and possess strong recruiting knowledge
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager in a regulated and compliant environment
