Kaspar Outdoors is looking for a highly motivated and multi-talented Visual Content Creator to join our Horizon Firearms brand. The role involves generating engaging visual assets that support the brand's mission and strategic goals, including photography, video editing, and graphic design across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Produce lifestyle and studio/product photography
Capture and edit social media videos and reels
Execute video editing and post-production tasks for digital and presentation formats
Design print and digital graphics across platforms
Create content for trade show booths and packaging
Operate video and camera equipment to ensure high-quality results
Adjust content per platform-specific requirements
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to exceed expectations
Serve as a brand ambassador in all content initiatives
Embrace new tech and AI-driven design tools
Maintain ownership and accountability of assigned projects
All other duties as assigned by management

Required

Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, platform-optimized content
Portfolio of past work required
Must pass a drug test and background check

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Strong eye for visual aesthetics and motion graphics
Excellent storytelling ability through visual media
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable
Effective communicator and team collaborator
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Preferred

Experience with AI-based content creation tools a plus
