Responsibilities
Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, cleaning, merchandising and overall store cleanliness
Maintain a friendly helpful attitude
Assist customers in solving their problems
Maintain a positive, professional and safe environment at all times
Assist in keeping the sales floor clean and orderly, including signage and bintags
Maintain strong product knowledge
Provide outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Flexibility to successfully multitask in a fast paced environment, working with multiple team members
Ability to stand and lift up to 50lbs consistently as well as bend, twist, squat and reach throughout the work shift
Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
Excellent work ethic and attendance
Inherent desire to learn and develop on an individual basis
Strive for continuous improvement
This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
