Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors

Schedule project internal and external calls for assigned projects within defined Service Level Agreements

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure that all assigned projects are executed on time and within budget

Coordinate resource requirements with Field Operations Supervisor

Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

Deliver consistent updates to both external and internal customers utilizing Project Status Reports and End of Day Reports to ensure clear and timely communication

Proficient utilization of authorized project management tools

Scheduling inventory shipments owned by both GTS and customers

Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project and report/escalate to upper management as needed

Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk

Submit invoices real time per Billing section in Statement of Work

Work closely with sales teams to supply necessary details to effectively promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems

Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology, Business, or related field)

PMP certification required

Over five years of IT Project Management experience delivering infrastructure, audio/visual, rugged technology solutions, and new construction technology buildouts

Experience supporting new construction and build-outs for technology-driven environments, including school systems and data centers, with hands-on involvement in racking, cabling, and network routing

Proficient in utilizing project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, Loop, and ServiceNow to drive project planning, execution, and communication

Strong budgeting skills with excellent financial acumen; consistently manage projects within approved budgets

Strong documentation skills and ability to capture and translate knowledge into actionable materials

Assertive personality who can extract information and drive results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with varied personalities
