Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the software market
Be a hunter, with a strong focus on outbound sales
Conduct market research and analysis to target potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Communicate the benefits and features of software products effectively
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software developments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience
5+ Years of experience in software sales or related sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Excellent persuasive and presentation skills
Understanding of technology and software solutions
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
